Return Conditions:

  • Time Frame: Customers can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Please note that clearance items and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at Support@namsullc.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you return shipping instructions.
  3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Returns@namsullc.com

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@namsullc.com.
