Processing Time:
- Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our distribution center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The distribution center processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping options you choose. Below are approximate delivery times based on our shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, and delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Namsu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Namsu is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
We ship worldwide. However, Namsu is not responsible for any shipping restrictions, customs fees, or other regulations that might apply in countries outside the United States. It’s the customer’s responsibility to check local customs regulations before placing an order.
